Strategy Mid-term Review

One of the recent decisive steps the church has taken to ensure proper restructuring is the formation of DASSC to assume the leadership role.  With support from EED, CoS and others, the newly formed DASSC initiated the formulation of a strategic plan, which was started in 1989 but never took effect until 2002.  Its implementation was unfortunately delayed due to the untimely death of two of its senior most leaders, who were architects of the process.  This midterm review is to inform the church, DASSC and the strategic partners on the achievements to date, the factors that helped or hindered the plan’s realization and suggest the way forward.  (more ... pdf)
